Are there options to bring members of my executive team to specific sessions that may be relevant to them, or is it strictly CEO-only?

Is there a cost to attend?
Yes, there is a cost to attend. Limited quantities are available for each ticket type. NO REFUNDS AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2025.
Can I schedule one-on-one sessions with speakers or Pavilion leaders, and if so, how do I secure a slot?
Leading up to CEO Summit we will send through an invitation to Pavilion Connections to ensure you can connect 1:1 with other attendees to form initial connections.
What is the recommended attire for the summit? Is it formal, business casual, or more relaxed given the immersive format?
Tech casual - see inspiration here. Relaxed, but professional.
What is included with registration?
Full-day of experiential exercises, insightful panels, private roundtable discussions, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and happy hour.
VIP ticket holders will have access to a private meeting room, complimentary snack bar in the VIP space and an invitation to the post-Summit VIP and Speaker dinner.
Can I bring a guest to the Summit?
You may purchase additional tickets for guests, however attendees must meet the eligibility requirements, and be approved by our team.
Is the event Hybrid?
No, we want to see all attendees live and in person so they don’t miss the chance to experience a day of interactive sessions among their peers.
Will sessions be recorded?
Many sessions are interactive workshops, so only limited session recordings will be available after the event to Pavilion members.
What access will we have to the presenters after their sessions for follow-up questions or deeper dives?
The CEO Summit Slack Channel will be created 30-days prior to the event and close one week post-event.
