Turning My Job Outward

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Recognize what you do and who you impact

  • Apply a Meet to Learn in your work

  • Apply a Who Is Affected in your work

Becoming Fully Accountable

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Recognize what you are accountable for

  • Assess your Capability, Impact, and Effort

  • Own your own Development

  • Clarify your Roles

  • Apply a Meet to Give in your work

Owning My Development

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Clarify the different roles I fill in the organization

  • Assess where I am prioritizing my time

  • Make adjustments to focus on areas of accountability

Session 7:
The Most Important Move

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Become Outward when mistreated

  • Take the initiative to act first in an Outward Way

Session 8:
Outward Influence

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Understand what it means to outwardly influence others

  • Respond in an effective way when people resist change

  • See how a desire to be Outward is different from truly Living for Others

Yes, 80% attendance is required. We recommend that participants attend the live sessions for the optimal learning experience. Though, watching session recordings counts toward attendance for those with scheduling conflicts or in time zones where live attendance is a challenge.

No, there is no final exam at the end of this course.

After successfully meeting attendance requirements, you will receive a certificate of completion for this program.
