The Heart of Conflict

 

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • See how you unknowingly invest in failure

  • Diagnose the drama we experience

  • Understand how we recruit others into conflict

  • Resist being recruited into conflict

Transforming Conflict

 

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Recognize the two false choices of an inward mindset

  • Focus on facts in difficult situations

  • Resolve workplace collusions

Turning My Job Outward

Becoming Fully Accountable

Giving Up Blame

 

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Become Outward when mistreated

  • Take the initiative to act first in an Outward Way

Session 8:
Living For Others

 

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • See how a desire to be Outward is different from Living for Others

Yes, 80% attendance is required. We recommend that participants attend the live sessions for the optimal learning experience. Though, watching session recordings counts toward attendance for those with scheduling conflicts or in time zones where live attendance is a challenge.
