André Bressel is an operations and revenue leader with extensive experience in E-Commerce (B2C) and SaaS B2B. He excels at the intersection of product, Go-To-Market, and commercialization. A dedicated mentor, André has successfully led teams ranging from 3 to over 100 members from highly diverse backgrounds.
Sam Jacobs, Dean
Sam Jacobs is the Founder & CEO of Pavilion. He launched Pavilion as Revenue Collective in 2016 and bootstrapped the company to $10M in ARR before taking on a $25M growth financing round in early 2021, led by Elephant Ventures and GTM Fund.

This program is intended for professionals with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, who have managed at least one individual contributor interested in leveling up their leadership skills.

Orientation: Framing Your Career Workshop

- Detail your 5-year career plan to help you understand the sequential steps along your journey
- Make career definition decisions based on your 5-year career plan
Session 2:
Managing Up: Work Smarter with your CEO

By the end of this class, you will be able to:
- Develop a relationship with the CEO that’s bi-directionally fulfilling
- Set strong foundations with your executive team through thoughtful evaluation
Session 3:
Forecasting & Revenue Modeling
Led by Stephanie Valenti, Vice President of Sales, Accounting at BILL
By the end of this class, you will be able to:
- Define financial forecasting
- Understand forecasting methodologies
- Understand when to use each methodology
- Determine the questions you need answers to before making financial decisions
Session 4:
Understanding Revenue Channels
Led by Dustin Clinard, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Betterworks
By the end of this class, you will be able to:
- Understand revenue “stream” vs. revenue “channel” vs. channel partner
- Identify different types of revenue channels
- Identify which channel(s) are best for you

Building a World-Class Management Team

- Define the competencies and skills needed to build a world-class leadership team
- Define what each interviewer should test for and specific skills to evaluate for
- Share and communicate your company’s broader vision and context to motivate your team

Yes, 80% attendance is required. We recommend that participants attend the live sessions for the optimal learning experience. However, watching session recordings counts towards attendance for those who have scheduling conflicts or are in time zones where live attendance is challenging.

Yes, there is a final exam at the end of this school. A passing score of 80% must be attained in order to receive your certificate.

After successfully meeting attendance requirements and passing the final exam, you will receive a certificate that you can add to your Licenses and Certification Section on LinkedIn.
