Founding a chapter

Chapters are local groups
For Pavilion members, your chapter is your home base to support each other's growth.

10,000+ global members
We have thousands of members worldwide with expertise and knowledge to draw from, but we know nothing beats a local community of your peers.

Private peer groups
Safe spaces for problem-solving and making meaningful connections with functional and cross-functional peers, led by a trained and experienced moderator.

Elevated Executive Events
Meet face-to-face with Executive peers during our yearly Functional Summits, and weekly salon dinners throughout North America, the UK, EMEA, and APAC.

Leading the Local Group from the Start
The goal: Build group of 10+ local Pavilion members who help each other reach their professional potential.
How to get there:
- DM Pavilion’s Chapter Operations Analyst to inquire about any preexisting community and/or local Slack channel (@Ben McCormick PVLN)
- Hold in-person PavilionX Events at least quarterly
- Earn Referral Rock cash bonuses for new members
Host chapter events
Chapters have the ability to host local, in-person or virtual events with the official Pavilion association. We promote these events in our member hub so local chapter members can see and attend.
Events are member-organized and member-funded. However, some members use the free Eventbrite platform to charge for tickets.
Examples of successful events we've seen include happy hours, breakfasts/coffee meetups, hikes, and panel discussions.

Referral Rock
$250 Bonus per new Executive member.
Earn bonuses while growing your Chapter by creating and sending your custom Referral Rock link.
This is a custom link to join Pavilion that will track when someone joins using your link. You get credit once they’re officially a member!
Become a chapter head
Pavilion Chapter Heads act as prominent representatives of and for their local chapter communities. They are responsible for overseeing and supporting their Members throughout their tenure in a variety of ways.

2. | Plan and host local in-person events (monthly or quarterly, depending on chapter size) |
3. | Act as your chapter’s Pavilion product expert and provide regular communications (weekly newsletters, Slack updates, and more) on Pavilion chapter news; |
4. | Partner with fellow chapter Heads, chapter steering committees (depending on chapter size), and Pavilion HQ to discuss best practices, conduct business reviews, and provide ongoing feedback |
5. | Benefit from the ability to develop your personal brand, enhance your professional reputation, make connections both within and beyond the community, and receive remuneration based on chapter growth and retention. |
